From The Desk of Margaret Stevenson and Cindy Uzzell:
I am a boarding ‘mum’ to over 30 girls and I love it. I started my working life as a teacher in the UK before heading overseas to teach at international schools in Papua New Guinea, Oman and India. I have been in my current position for the last fifteen years and felt it was time to look for a change of direction as I neared retirement.
I have a wonderful business partner in Cindy. She is originally from Papua New Guinea and moved to Australia when she was eight. I first met her eight years ago when she came to live in our boarding house as a student. Cindy is an ambitious bundle of energy. She is currently studying for a degree and in her free time she does volunteer work at the local prison and is involved with Rotary.
Having worked with young people for the last thirty years, I passionately believe in the importance of personal development, both for myself and for those around me and a business where I could help people develop their potential and have the opportunity to create a significant income at the same time was just what I was looking for.
Even as a very young boarder, Cindy used to come and raid my book shelves for books on property investing and personal development and was always there with lots of questions. Although still young, her great work ethic has already enabled her to purchase her first investment property and land.
When Cindy told me her next goal was to start her own business I knew I had found the perfect partner and I knew this was the right business for both us.
Being in a business where we can continue to develop ourselves, and help others too, is something we enjoy.
We both look forward to working with those of you who are ready to make significant changes in your lives.

The Power Of Vision:
As you think about beginning your own home business, the “vision thing” is important for you, too. What kind of life do YOU envision? If you’ve never dared to get out of your comfort zone, even in your thoughts, here are some very realistic “visions” of the kind of life a home-based business can bring you…
- Visualise being able to work flexible hours in the comfort and privacy of your own home, with no commute and no dress code.
- Think about not having to spend 40 or more hours a week with that particularly annoying coworker who seems more like a cell-mate.
- Imagine not having to beg for time off to do something so simple but so all-important as cheering at your son’s big playoff game or attending your daughter’s school play.
- Imagine taking your family on trips to places you never dreamed you’d see. You won’t have to ask anyone for the vacation time, of course!
We urge you to think about how much better life could be for you and for your family. We also urge you to take advantage of this remarkable opportunity to become your own boss, a self-confident entrepreneur living up to your full potential.
